Herman Cain Is Out

    By Zach Foster

Earlier today, in the face of more and more developments in the Ginger White affair on top of many allegations of sexual harassment by various women, the pressure mounted to a force unbearable and Herman Cain suspended his Presidential campaign.  In a statement, Cain said that these allegations (which he still denies) are hurting his wife, his family, his candidacy, and America “because you’re being denied solutions to our problems.[1]   In the midst of this crisis for the Cain camp, his chief grass roots supporters have already formed a plan and followed up on it: they are supporting Ron Paul, with many Cain supporters joining en masse even though their original champion has yet to endorse a candidate.

The heads of Herman Cain Forums have already made a statement as to why they’re supporting Ron Paul, namely that “Ron Paul was the only candidate that actually had remorse for how the media treated Herman Cain and the alleged affairs” and that they “will always thank him for showing respect in that nature.”[2]  This makes perfect sense, and many of Congressman Paul’s supporters are happy that he was so adamant about focusing only on the erroneous portions of Cain’s platform and NOT his personal life.  One thing that remains ironic is how many Democrats were ready to pounce on Cain as soon as allegations of sexual harassment arose, even though when Bill Clinton was faced with the possibility of impeachment over the Lewinsky scandal, their camp was shouting for America to focus on the issues and not the personal life of their champion.  It is only fair to say that Republicans who pounced on Clinton for his affair are equally hypocritical as the pro-Clinton Democrats who pounced on Cain.  Ron Paul pounced on neither, and it’s refreshing for people both in the Cain and Paul camps to know that a candidate in this day and age could still be a gentleman and focus on hard facts of politics and economics rather than the issues.

Herman Cain Forums is now a pro-Ron Paul website and its floodgates are open to the Paul camp.  Articles on the Daily Paul have also appeared in which Paul supporters lament how the media zeroed in on Cain’s personal life and scandals rather than on the issues, and warmly invite Cain supporters into the Paul camp.  “…So welcome.  We commend you because many Republicans have been reluctant to rethink America's foreign policy (think Glenn Beck or Bill O'Reilly or Sean Hannity) and it has been frustrating because they won't allow the discussion to get too deep.”[3]

Some Cain supporters have flocked to Gingrich—the last bastion of [phony] conservatism (Romney being the poster boy for the moderates)—but they are not joined by the majority of their former allies.  Many Cain supporters know that both Gingrich[4] and Romney[5] are well known for their flip flopping on key issues.  Furthermore, many Cain supporters are silently resentful as to how Gingrich has suffered no repercussions in his campaign over his history of adultery, while growing allegations of an extramarital affair pushed their own champion out of the race.  Thus, Herman Cain supporters are now in favor of Ron Paul.

Congressman Paul released an official statement regarding Cain’s campaign suspension: “Herman Cain brought energy and enthusiasm to the Republican nominating process, as well as a unique perspective on many domestic issues important to voters such as tax code reform and a pro-growth agenda favorable to the private sector.  In light of his suspension of campaign activities, I want to wish Herman success in his future endeavors.”
From the point of view of a grass roots activist, it is fantastic to see how Cain and Paul supporters are connecting over social media to combine their strategies, talents, and efforts towards getting Ron Paul elected.  Such a union of forces will also prove to be exceptionally beneficial to Ron Paul in the Iowa Caucuses and New Hampshire primary election.

Washington Post: Ron Paul Goes After Newt Gingrich

LAKE JACKSON, Texas – See below for the Washington Post’s coverage of the Ron Paul 2012 Presidential campaign’s latest web ad, released today.

Afternoon Fix: Ron Paul goes after Newt Gingrich

Another sign of frontrunner status: Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) is going after former House Speaker Newt Gingrich in a new web ad running on conservative sites in Iowa and across the country. The hard-hitting spot highlights Gingrich’s profits from Freddie Mac and the health-care industry, his support for an individual health-care mandate, and his general shifts in positions over the years. ‘The Video That Newt Doesn’t Want You to See’

150-second online ad cross-examines the former Speaker’s record on policy, values and seriousness

LAKE JACKSON, Texas – The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential campaign announced today that it has released and will broadly distribute a 150-second online advertisement that challenges former House Speaker Newt Gingrich on a group of issues dear to conservative voters.

Much of the ad is in the former Speaker’s own voice, and after a few statements by Newt it follows with an image of him sitting on a loveseat beside former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, the two chuckling over their agreement concerning as-yet scientifically proven anthropogenic global warming.  The ad also features Newt’s knee-jerk assault on Rep. Paul Ryan’s (R-WI) modest budget proposal, and the former Speaker’s lobbying ties to government mortgage giants Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae that perpetuated the financial crisis and recession.  In addition, the spot showcases discussion of Newt’s lobbying ties to healthcare firms prior to his support of an Obama-Pelosi-Reid individual mandate as part of the recent wildly unpopular healthcare reform, to the absolute horror of nationally-syndicated conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh.

Taken together, claims made in the ad present conservative voters with a question about Newt, and indeed the ad concludes with this query.  And that is “What will you tell me next time?”

The campaign will send the ad to a far-reaching email list of conservative voters nationally, including in key early voting states, and it will purchase banner ads on national and state websites where conservative readers congregate.

“Our campaign is making a bold move to debunk the myth that the Newt we are seeing on the 2012 campaign trail is the conservative he has been touted to be all along.  This step we are taking is necessary, as voters are seeking authenticity among conservatives who are able to show a decades-long career of consistently walking the walk of Constitutional principles, limited government, and promoting sound money and economic policy.  Ron Paul is the only Republican presidential candidate with that record,” said Ron Paul 2012 National Campaign Chairman Jesse Benton.

Newt Gingrich's Reverend Wright

I'm not just writing this post because Newt is supposedly leading in the "polls". I think it is instructive for those of you out there trying to figure out what is going on. How can a man who claimed to be the conservative answer to Bill Clinton in the 90s, turn around on a lame duck session and pass GATT, a law he himself claimed was not your average treaty, but would fundamentally shift power out of America:

“We need to be honest about the fact that we are transferring from the United States at a practical level significant authority to a new organization.... This is not just another trade agreement. This is adopting something which twice, once in the 1940s and once in the 1950s, the U.S. Congress rejected.... It is a very big transfer of power.
--Newt Gingrich testimony before Ways and Means Committee

Newt Gingrich is not loyal to America folks, make no mistake about it. This man is a one world communist advocate and his every action in public life, despite all the "conservative" publicity stunts, prove this point explicitly. Like Larry McDonald said, Newt is not to be trusted. From a recent New American article,

In 1994, Gingrich described himself as "a conservative futurist". He said that those who were trying to define him should look no farther than The Third Wave, a 1980 book written by Alvin Toffler. The book describes our society as entering a post-industrial phase in which abortion, homosexuality, promiscuity, and divorce are perfectly normal, even virtuous. Toffler penned a letter to America's "founding parents," in which he said: "The system of government you fashioned, including the principles on which you based it, is increasingly obsolete, and hence increasingly, if inadvertently, oppressive and dangerous to our welfare. It must be radically changed and a new system of government invented---a democracy for the 21st century." He went on to describe our constitutional system as one that "served us so well for so long, and that now must, in its turn, die and be replaced."

Are you with me so far? When asked what he believed in, he pointed people to this Alvin Toffler guy. In fact, Newt wrote the forward to Toffler's book, Creating a New Civilization: The Politics of the Third Wave. He's not just a fan, he's really, really into the Third Wave, ok?

In 1995, he gave a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Affairs:
“The American challenge in leading the world is compounded by our Constitution,” he said. “Under our [constitutional system] — either we’re going to have to rethink our Constitution, or we’re going to have to rethink our process of decision-making.” He went on to profess an oxymoronic belief in “very strong but limited federal government,” and pledged, “I am for the United Nations.”
Yep. He didn't use the gd, but he may have well have said it. America IS the Constitution. Our Bill of Rights are the acknowledgement that each and every one of us are free moral agents deserving of individual consideration under the law.  Our rights come from God and buddy are they working hard to get rid of the knowledge on Him, aren't they?

As a side note, isn't interesting how every president since I can remember has said "we" have to push and promote democracy around the world. However their definition of democracy ain't your grandma's definition of democracy at all. When they say democracy, we can say authoritarian bureaucracy led by central banking. Our Constitution doesn't line up with those goals, so they (TPTB) are working overtime to force their will on us before a critical mass of us wake up to it.

Thank You Newt, for Ethanol Gas!

In case you might be wondering how Newt Gingrich spent his time out of office, here's this little nugget from the New American:

    In addition to TARP,
Gingrich has also backed corporate subsidies of the ethanol industry for decades, and became a paid consultant of the ethanol industry after he left office. The Wall Street Journal noted April 27, 2011 that "Professor Gingrich says his ethanol support is grounded in his lifetime of studying history and intellectual problems, but what about that $312,500 from the ethanol lobby?... We've never suggested Mr. Gingrich has been bought off, though of course there wouldn't be an ethanol lobby to hire Mr. Gingrich if there weren't politicians like Mr. Gingrich willing to prop it up with taxpayer dollars, tariffs and mandates."
So if your fuel injectors quit and your gaskets get all leaky, thank Newt, for he wants you to have less and less gas mileage until you can't go anywhere but public transport. The trains await you, mundane!

And here are the 25 Solid Reasons that Gingrich Can't (or Shouldn't) Win
    - Voted for the creation of the Federal Dept. of Education in 1979 under Jimmy Carter. (This is goal of communists exactly what is called for in the 1932 book, Toward Soviet America, by the head of the Communist Party USA, William Z. Foster)
    - Big supporter of Foreign Aid -- even to Soviets through the Export-Import Bank. (Check out Antony Sutton's Western Technology Book for the details of this long-standing support of communist command economies)
    - In one year (1994-1995) Gingrich voted for nearly $45 billion in foreign aid. (A globalist gotta keep his friends around the world happy)
    - He helped push through Federally-funded loan guarantees to Communist China. (This is why Clinton got impeached for the BJ and not sending weapons tech to China through Loral. The republicans were already working toward handing China these deals. Think about it, when the Cartel has Russia and China in it's economic influence via communism, you think they aren't going to be using their people in America to move their money around. What? You think it's your money. ha, keep telling yourself that prole.)
    - Urged the House to repeal the War Powers Act and give the Presidency more power. (easier to solidify control when you've just got one man to manipulate.)
    - Urged Clinton to expand military presence in Bosnia. (globalists always do)
    - Supports Afghan War (which is getting us what?)
    - Supports Iraq War (they're building a huge embassy there, I hear)
    - Calls for Iran War (ahh, the last geopolitical pivot to fall, then the Chessboard will be Cartel's)
    - Supported Clinton's welfare programs, education programs, labor programs, and environmental programs, as well as most of his foreign affairs programs. (When they're both working for the Cartel, why be surprised when they support the same things?)
    - Supported spending $30B for the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 that shackled gun owners with new restrictions, federalized a number of crimes, and handed the feds police powers that the Constitution reserves to the states.
    - Voted to give billions of dollars to United Nations "peacekeeping" operations;(which always seems to wind up with a bunch of dead or raped brown people, just sayin')
    - Pushed for a School Prayer Amendment (pure demagoguery, as we have a first amendment that simply needs enforcement)
    - Mentored by Henry Kissinger (exposed here as a "Rockefeller Man".)
    - Bailed out savings and loan institutions in 1991. $40B Bank bailout (foreshadowing, huh?)
    - He was a draft-dodger during Vietnam, yet advocates foreign interventionism in his political career. (He won't be sent off for 6 months at a time in harm's way, so what the hay!)
    - Worked on the Rockefeller presidential campaign in 1968. (Red flag and hilarious that he recently referred to Mitt Romney as a "Rockefeller Republican" as pejorative term.)
    - Card-Carrying member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), a globalist think tank (of whom I've written a good bit about here)
    - "Distinguished member" of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (front group for getting in  other country's business for profit and power)
    - Member of Bohemian Grove (denies it, but he's in their dad-gummed membership list.)
    - Member of the World Future Society (your future is communist)
    - Voted for NAFTA, a blatant circumvention of Congress’ exclusive power to regulate commerce with foreign nations. Took power from American people and put it into the hands of unelected Binational panels, made mostly of foreigners. (We can all see the fruits of this one. This is how the EU got started, first with European Common Market, then it transitioned to the political entity of the EU.)
    - Supported GATT (which is why our manufacturing got off-shored)
    - Supported WTO (an arm of the central banking cartel)
    - Continually supported increased federal spending. (With the Fed printing up the cash, it's easy! But now he's shocked, shocked to find fiat money in America!)

So if this ad made you wonder about Newt.. Just remember he got paid $312,000 for lobbying for ethanol. That explains a lot, huh?

Doesn't it make you want to blow chunks? Notice that this ad was paid for by the Alliance of Climate Protection. This group was founded by and mainly funded by Al Gore and ManBearPig's royalties from his book and movie. When it comes to moving the globalist/collectivist agenda forward, always remember that polticians drop their team R and D flags in a heartbeat and do what needs to be done to move their communist ball forward. Am I calling Newt a commie? Well, Newt's own actions speak for themselves. His entire adult life would seem to be centered around shifting the money and power from the people to the State. Sounds like communism to me.
